Refund Policy for the Quintina Solutions LLC and Quintina Publishing LLC
We want you to be successful. That means we want you to give your best effort to apply everything you learn from the modules and assignments in the Quintina Solutions LLC and/or Quintina Publishing LLC programs. We offer an 8-week refund period that starts on your date of purchase, during which you may qualify for a full refund provided you submit proof that you did all of the assignments in the Workshop and return any materials we may.
After 8 weeks following the date of purchase, all payments are non-refundable regardless if you complete the program or not, and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program. We will NOT provide refunds after the refund period. If you wish to request a refund, please email our support team and let us know you’d like a refund by the last day of the 8 weeks at midnight Eastern Time. Note: If you are on a payment plan, unless you request and qualify for a refund before your 8-week refund period is over, you are still required by law to complete the remaining payments.
